Authors Notes: For the tf_rare_pairing  weekly challenge – Perceptor/Blaster – How do you feel?  Yes yes, well aware this bears similarities to The Princess Bride (which also doesn't belong to me!).  That is entirely deliberate.  And I know it kinda ends a bit abruptly, but if I didn’t finish it there, I wouldn’t get it posted.  Might come back to this later.
Oh, and one more thing… this is yet another one of those rare pairings that I have written before.

Again, I don’t quite count this as a rare pairing, because I’ve written it before.  So whether I write more rare pairings than I realised or not, I’m not exactly sure anymore…
And dammit, this took far longer than the week to write.  Darned thing just seemed to go on and on.  And I’m pretty sure this was inspired in some way by raisedbymoogles’ story White Noise which I read when I was first getting into the fandom several years ago.  What can I say, I like the idea!
