It wasn’t often that Bluestreak was quiet. He’d gained a reputation of being far too talkative for his own good. So when he fell silent, even Prime began to worry.
“Hey man, everything cool?” Jazz sat down next to Bluestreak on the oversized couch in the rec room.
“Oh hi Jazz.” Bluestreak cycled his optics, surprised to find Jazz sitting next to him.
“You’ve been awful quiet lately Blue.” Jazz slung a friendly arm around Bluestreak.
“I’ve just been thinking.” Bluestreak shrugged Jazz’s arm off. “I’ve got patrol, I should get going.” Jazz watched Bluestreak leave, noting the way his doors drooped slightly.
“Man, that kid’s thinking more than’s healthy for him.” He muttered to himself.

Skywarp paced the length of his quarters, face set in a scowl. Thundercracker observed him quietly from his berth.
“What’s wrong?”
“Huh?” Skywarp stopped pacing and turned to look at Thundercracker. The blue seeker fixed him with a dry look.
“You don’t normally pace. Not unless you’re thinking of a prank, and I know Megatron told you he’d personally rip your wings off after the last prank. And you’re not *that* masochistic. So what’s wrong?”
“Nothing.” Skywarp turned away.
“I’ve know you long enough to know when you’re lying ‘Warp.” Thundercracker remarked quietly.
“Okay fine.” Throwing himself on his berth with a clang, Skywarp looked at Thundercracker. “I’ve just been thinking.”
“Should I get Hook to look at your processor in case you fried a circuit?”
“Haha. I’m serious TC. Been thinking about what I used to do. Mechs I used to know.”
“Don’t call me that.” He paused, gauging Skywarp’s mood carefully. “You’re thinking about him again, aren’t you?”
“Can’t help it.” A shrug of black and purple wings. “You know it’s nearly four vorns since I last saw him in anything other than battle?”
“So?”
“So… I miss him.” Skywarp mumbled, turning away from Thundercracker. It wasn’t very Decepticon to admit emotions. Especially when said emotions related to an Autobot.
“Just go meet him ‘Warp.”
“You think I should?”
“If it’ll stop you being so… so unlike yourself, then yes!”
“Thanks TC.” Before Thundercracker could remind him again not to call him that, Skywarp had teleported, leaving just an odor of ozone in the air.
“Fragger…”

While Bluestreak was technically meant to be on patrol, he found himself driving almost aimlessly, processor wandering to a time on Cybertron where he had everything. He’d only been a youngling when he’d met Skywarp, who was only a few years older. Not that it really mattered. They got on well, sharing similar tastes and spending their free time out of the Academy with one another. Unsurprisingly, it didn’t take long for their friendship to move into something more.
Praxian, Vosnian, it didn’t make a difference. They loved each other, and they were both young and naïve enough to think that nothing else mattered. And it didn’t. At least not until the war started.
Then things started to change, Skywarp was pressured into joining the Decepticons, all Seeker models flocking to Megatron to seek ‘justice and vengeance’. Bluestreak didn’t understand when Skywarp explained it to him. And he wasn’t entirely sure that Skywarp did either. But there was no underestimating Skywarp’s trine-bond. It had been forged before he’d met Bluestreak, and although the other members of his trine supported his relationship, when the war started, they sided with Megatron.
It had hurt. Bluestreak hadn’t understood and ended up returning home, citing the need to be with his family. Not that the peace he found lasted that long – the Decepticons razed Praxus to the ground less than an orn after he’d got there. Bereft of everything, and one of the only survivors; he joined the Autobots, those that had come to lend a hand after hearing of the destruction of the once beautiful city.
Now, the only time he saw his old lover was on the battlefield. And it still hurt every time Skywarp fired at him. Though curiously, no shots ever connected with him.

Bluestreak found himself in a deep canyon, his radio signals were being bounced back by the high walls. Ignoring the warnings his processor was sending him about being alone and out of communication with the Ark, he transformed, settling down against a boulder to just think. At least out here he could think without anyone thinking something was the matter.Inevitably, his thoughts went straight back to Skywarp. It had been vorns since he’d seen the seeker. Vorns since the last time they exchanged anything other than weapon fire. And he missed Skywarp. Just when he was thinking that he’d really like to see the seeker one last time, he heard the distinctive sound of jet engines. Weapon at the ready, he scanned the skies, somehow not surprised to see a familiar black and purple figure break through the clouds. The jet dropped to the ground, executing a gravity-defying spin before pulling up and transforming to land next to Bluestreak.
“Hi.”
“Hi.”
They didn’t need to say anything more. Bluestreak took one step towards Skywarp, practically throwing himself into the seeker’s arms. Skywarp held him close, chin resting on the Datsun’s helmet.
“Missed you.” Bluestreak murmured.
“Me too.” Skywarp nodded. It was strange, admitting how he felt after all this time away from Bluestreak. But it didn’t feel strange having his lover back in his arms. Bluestreak pulled away.
“Why are you here?”
“Told you. Missed you.” To Skywarp it was as simple as that.
“But why now?” Bluestreak stepped away from Skywarp, trying to distance himself. He shouldn’t be doing this; fraternising with the enemy. Even if the enemy was a lover.
Skywarp let Bluestreak move away, arms dropping to his sides,
“You realise it’s nearly four vorns since the last time we saw one another? Outside of battle here I mean.”
“Since you joined the Decepticons you mean.” Bluestreak muttered.
“I told you my reasons!” Skywarp protested, taking a step towards Bluestreak. “And I didn’t come here to argue over things that have already happened.”
“What did you come here for then?”
“Because I wanted to see you.” Bluestreak sighed. He didn’t want to fight with Skywarp either.
“And do what?” He questioned. Skywarp shrugged.
“Talk, whatever. I just want to be with you.” Bluestreak shook his head.
“I was thinking about you, you know? Thinking about what we’d done, how we were. How things ended.”
“And?” Skywarp asked, almost hopeful.
“And… I don’t know. I really liked you, you know?”
“I liked you too.”
“I mean really liked. You know I’d have bonded with you if you didn’t have your trine.” ‘And if they’d liked me.’ He added to himself.
“Starscream asked me the same thing.” Skywarp admitted. “If we were going to bond.”
“What did you say?” Bluestreak asked quietly.
“I wanted to. If it hadn’t have been for the war, I probably would have asked you.” Skywarp shrugged. It was too late for that now, they both knew that. But that didn’t mean they couldn’t experience what they used to have before, did it?
Skywarp tugged Bluestreak closer, relieved when the Datsun didn’t put up any resistance. He tilted Bluestreak’s chin up and leant down to press a surprisingly chaste kiss to his lips.
“What was that for?” Bluestreak asked.
“To remind me.”

Skywarp onlined before Bluestreak and took a moment just to admire his lover. He could never grow tired of looking at Bluestreak. He tried to capture every single detail he could to memory, so he would have something to remind him when he returned to the Nemesis. He smiled softly as Bluestreak’s optics flickered on.
“Hi…” He murmured, unwilling to speak too loud and break the fragile moment.
“Mmmm…” Bluestreak sat up carefully, stretching out his doorwings. He knew that, realistically, they shouldn’t have indulged themselves, but they had. And they would now pay whatever consequences needed to be paid. Bluestreak just hoped there wouldn’t be any.
“That was…”
“We should…” They both started to speak at the same time before breaking off in giggles.
“We should do this again.”
“If we can.” Bluestreak agreed, but he wasn’t sure how easy it would be for them. That they’d managed it once didn’t mean that they could manage it again.
“Yeah.” Skywarp paused, tilting his head. “You got friends coming.” He murmured. Bluestreak looked startled for a moment as he checked his own sensors. There were indeed Autobot energy signatures heading their way.
“You need to go.” He whispered urgently, not wanting them to catch Skywarp.
“I know.” Skywarp leant forward and kissed Bluestreak one last time before standing back and teleporting. He couldn’t risk flying out of the canyon and being spotted by the Autobots and getting Bluestreak in trouble.

“Happy now?” Thundercracker shook his head as he looked at Skywarp, sprawled on his berth and looking thoroughly content.
“Yup.” Skywarp didn’t even online his optics.
“Ya okay Blue?” Jazz cornered the gunner in the rec room.
“I’m fine Jazz.” He sounded far more confident this time, Jazz noted.
“All done… thinking?” Bluestreak nodded.
“I’m just remembering now.”

isn't the right word. "Admission" means "the act of allowing to enter." I think you mean something like "resistance."
