flarn_fanfic said how she wished someone was doing something similar for redxinferno. And I’m easily suggestible when it comes to that pairing. So I shall be attempting a drabble (100 words) every day. Feel free to poke me (gently) if I miss a day?

December 31 – Hogmanay
“Hey Red, I got ya somethin’.” Inferno held out a small box, a nervous smile on his faceplates.
“Oh?” Red Alert took the package, intrigued. He trusted Inferno enough that he didn’t automatically scan the contents.
“It’s a Hogmanay. Jazz said it were traditional this time a year.” Inferno explained as Red Alert carefully opened the gift to reveal an expensive brand of wax – his favorite.
“Inferno, I…”
“Ya like it?”
“I do.” Red Alert paused, gauging his options. “Would you like to help me apply it?” He continued. The smile on Inferno’s face was all the answer he needed.
