flarn_fanfic said how she wished someone was doing something similar for redxinferno. And I’m easily suggestible when it comes to that pairing. So I shall be attempting a drabble (100 words) every day. Feel free to poke me (gently) if I miss a day?

November 26 – bonanza
“I can’t believe it.”
“Believe it, Red. They found a bonanza of energon.” Inferno held up his cube and slid one across the table to Red Alert. “We ain’t gotta worry about it fer a while.” After the struggles they’d faced since Optimus Prime and his crew had left on their search mission, it was nice to actually know they didn’t have to ration their energon quite so strictly.
Red Alert sat down and reached for the cube, savoring the smell briefly before he took a generous gulp.
“Oh frag that’s good.” He murmured as the energon hit his systems.
