flarn_fanfic said how she wished someone was doing something similar for redxinferno. And I’m easily suggestible when it comes to that pairing. So I shall be attempting a drabble (100 words) every day. Feel free to poke me (gently) if I miss a day?

November 12 – alchemical
Red Alert read Wheeljack’s report with interest. The fact that he thought he could perform something alchemical (and miraculous in Red Alert’s opinion) on the variety of materials found on Earth to transform them into energon was interesting and useful. If it wasn’t for Inferno pointing out a few flaws in his theory. Namely that if he subjected anything carbon based to the heat treatment he was proposing, Inferno would be kept busy.
Red Alert was almost tempted to give Wheeljack the go ahead, if only to give Inferno something to do. Because a bored Inferno was an insufferable Inferno.
