Feedback makes friends.  Flames dealt with by the masters of paranoia and fire, Red Alert and Inferno.
Prompt: 2
Time: About an hour, give or take?

Everything was set up.  All he had to do was wait.  It wouldn’t be long until the mech was due to pass this way, and Smokescreen was the perfect lure to ensnare him.  The mech couldn’t resist his frame type, and Smokescreen was more than prepared to do whatever it took for the con to work.  It helped significantly that the reward would be great.

Just when Smokescreen was beginning to think that their mark wasn’t going to show, he turned the corner.  Taking a moment to admire the mech (it certainly helped that the mech was attractive to the optics), he stepped forward, tripping at the precise moment to end up sprawling in the mech’s arms.
“Oh I am sorry.” He flailed against the mech, trying to straighten himself.
“You all right?” Oh, and even the voice was nice.  Bonus.
“I am now.” Smokescreen all but purred, letting the other mech help him get back on his feet.
“Looks like there might be a problem with your gyros there.”
“Mmmm, you offering to fix them?”
“I’m no medic, but I’ll happily take a look for you.” The mech leered, and Smokescreen recoiled internally.  Though, he supposed he should be pleased that the mech was taking the bait already.
“That sounds like a pick up line to me.”
“Well, you’ve already fallen for me, so what’s the harm in going for more?” Smokescreen was sure he’d sound far smoother using that line, but he allowed his optics to flicker.
“And if I am interested…?” He let the sentence trail off enticingly.
“Then we go back to mine.” The mech paused.  “Well, I have to be somewhere important right now, but after?”
“I could join you?” Smokescreen kept his tone carefully hopeful.  It wouldn’t do to appear too eager, but he needed to be at that meeting.
“It’ll be very boring; it’s just a business meeting, nothing that would interest you.”
“But you interest me.” Smokescreen knew he was laying it on thick, but by the other mech’s pleased rumble, it didn’t matter.  He didn’t dare ventilate as the other mech considered the option for what seemed like far far too long.
“All right.” Sending up a quick prayer to Primus, Smokescreen hung on to the other mech’s arm.
“I’m really looking forward to getting to know you…” He purred.
