Disclaimer: As per usual, the good things in life are not mine to have, but belong to someone else... in this case Hasbro, Takara and IDW and anyone else I’ve forgotten…
Authors Notes: I had fun doing the prowlxjazz Anniversary Challenge, if no one else enjoyed reading them. So when tf_rare_pairing announced their October challenge, I thought I might try something similar. Though this is going to be different as I have to write on a daily basis again. “No.  It can’t be possible.”
“It is.  Have you ever known me to lie about anything?”
“No…” Smokescreen sighed.  “Just… wow… didn’t think we’d ever…”
“Have a sparkling?” Red Alert finished wryly.
“Do you want to…” Red Alert couldn’t finish his sentence.
“No, I don’t want to get rid of it!” Smokescreen was quick to reassure Red Alert.  “I’m just a little shocked.”

“Isn’t it?” Red Alert stared around their quarters; messy and covered in energon and paint.
“It could be worse.” Smokescreen shrugged, ticking the sparkling on his lap.
“How?” Red Alert’s voice was flat and disbelieving.
“We could have two.”
